Blue Heat warms water which is circulated by a pump through the existing heater core in your EV dashboard. This lets you use all the existing climate controls in your car for a seamless factory look and feel.
Blue Heat has a powerful 1500W heating element to warm your EV quick! By using our Blue Flash 120 AC Power Source (pictured at below), you can be assured that the heating element will get the proper voltage from the batteries from full charge to empty. Not only will this add to the life of the heating element, it will increase your range.
Blue Heat is very small, light weight, uses standard hoses, and can be mounted anywhere. The package includes the Blue Heat heating element, a circulating pump, a control relay and it costs $375 (plus shipping & sales tax).
Hoses to connect to the heater core are available from any local auto parts store.
The Blue Flash 120 Inverter works in conjunction with the Blue Heat and/or Cool Blue units. It costs $449 (plus shipping & sales tax).
The Blue Flash 120 enables you to use any 120V device in your car. It now possible to run big devices like heaters, microwaves, hair dryers, air conditioners, power tools, lights, TVs and many others with your car's electrical system. With a 2KW capacity and 4KW surge ability, even motors are no problem.
The Blue FLASH takes the 120 to 144V battery power to make the 120V AC. You can leave the Blue FLASH permanently connected owing to its low standby current consumption. The Blue Flash produces a modified sine wave output which can run virtually any 120V AC device. Its crystal controlled output is accurate enough to run frequency sensitive devices like clocks and turntables that depend on an input source with accurate frequency.
Voltage regulation assures that light bulbs will not change brightness as the battery voltage changes.
