Batteries for Scooters, Bicycles or other small electric vehicles
Do you have a Razor Scooter or other electric scooter that is no longer as fast as it used to be, it could possibly be your batteries that need replaced.
The first thing you want to do, however, is confirm that it is your batteries, and not your charger that is no longer functioning correctly. Once you have determined that your batteries are bad and no longer capable of holding a charge, you will want to replace them.
When calling for replacement batteries, we will need to know what type of product the batteries are for. Also, how many volts is your electric bicycle or electric scooter. Is it 12 volt, 24 volts, 36 volts or 48 volts? A 48 volt product usually has a quantity of four 12 volt batteries. The Amp Hour rating on the batteries is also important. Most of the time it is written on the side of the batteries. However, if it is not, sometimes your product manual will list the recommended amperage. Batteries can range from 4 Amps to up to 35 Amps.
